Common questions
Sign-in fails or asks for a code
Use the same email and password as the Garmin Connect app. If your account has two-factor authentication, Garmin sends a code by email or SMS; enter it on the next screen. If sign-in fails repeatedly, sign in to connect.garmin.com in a browser first, then try again.
A metric shows “Not enough data”
The comparison needs at least five recent days and twenty earlier days with a value. New watches, days without wearing the watch at night (for HRV and sleep) and a history shorter than 35 days all delay it. Download more history in Settings or simply wait a few days.
The numbers differ from Garmin Connect
Cards show the median of the last seven complete days, not today’s value; today is excluded until the day is over. Weekly metrics such as steps and intensity minutes show seven-day totals. Open the metric to see every daily value.
Pull to refresh does nothing new
The App re-checks today and yesterday on every refresh and older days less often, to be gentle with Garmin’s servers. “Refresh entire selected period” in Settings forces everything.
Pro didn’t unlock after buying
Open Settings → Vitals Trends Pro → Restore purchases while signed in to the same Apple Account you bought with. If it still shows locked, write to us with the receipt email from Apple.
Deleting everything
Settings → Delete local history, then Sign out. Deleting the App removes everything it stored; nothing is kept anywhere else. See the privacy policy.
